PSV star wants move to Liverpool or United

PSV Eindhoven's Ibrahim Afellay says he's keen on a move to Liverpool or Manchester United .

The highly rated attacking midfielder has been linked with a host of clubs including Arsenal, Juventus FC Torino , Bayern München, Hamburger SV  and Atletico Madrid .

But the 24-year-old says although he wants a move to the Premier League, he favours Liverpool or Manchester United over Arsenal.

"Playing in the Premier League would be best for my prestige," he told the Dutch Orange newspaper." I'd like to play for Liverpool or Manchester United , the top-level prospect for any player."

Afellay is valued at €7.5M-10M, but he is only contracted to PSV until the end of this season.

He has a current efficiency rate this term of a goal or assist every 124.5 minutes.
