Tottenham and Liverpool are monitoring Lisandro Lopez's situation with Lyon willing to sell the Argentine striker in January.

Manager Harry Redknapp is still in the market for a striker if he can offload while Liverpool are desperate to sign back-up for Fernando Torres.

Lopez, 27, would cost around £14.5million.
