Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has rejected rumours linking Pepe Reina with a move away from the club.
Rumours intensified that Reina could leave Anfield this summer after hinting in an interview in his native Spain that he might have to consider his future if the Reds are not playing in the UEFA Champions League.
Manchester United and Arsenal have both been mentioned as possible candidates to sign the talented shot-stopper should he seek to leave Merseyside.
However, Dalglish is confident Reina will stay at Liverpool for the foreseeable future and that everyone at the club wants to return to the European football's top table.
"We have a fantastic goalkeeper and he will be here for a long, long time," said Dalglish.
"The Champions League is what everyone here wants to get to. For us it's only been a year where we've not had it and that's what we want to get back.
"It should be the same for every player, we should all be aiming for that."
