Liverpool, Arsenal, Southampton and Manchester City are all interested in Anderlecht defender Cheikhou Kouyate according to his agent Saffet Balkan.
"I have been in talks with representatives from Liverpool and Arsenal over Cheikhou Kouyaté," Balkan told Turkish-football.com.
"Arsenal are very interested in Kouyate.
"Southampton and Manchester City have also been in contact with me over him.
"It's very likely that he will be joining a Premier League club soon."
Galatasaray are also keeping tabs on the Senegal international however, the reigning Turkish champions are facing pressure over foreign player spaces due to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) restricting Super League clubs to register a maximum of 10 non-Turkish players.
The Lions currently have 11 foreign players on their books.
Kouyate joined Anderlecht on a free transfer from RWDM Brussels FC in 2008 and has two-year left on his contract.
The 24-year-old was linked with a move to the Premier League following his performances for Senegal at the London 2012 Olympics, however Kouyaté could not qualify for a work permit.
Kouyate now has a Belgian passport and is now permitted to make a move.
The Senegalese international has made 27 appearances for Anderlecht this season including six Champions League starts.
