Rafa Benitez is weighing up an £8million move for Bolton winger Chung-Yong Lee.

Liverpool have endured a disappointing season and so could turn to the South Korean for additional firepower.

Lee, 21, has been an instant hit at the Reebok Stadium since his arrival from FC Seoul last summer due to his flair and creative spark, and his performances in helping to steer Bolton away from relegation danger have won him admiring glances from many of the Premier League's top sides.

The excepted sale of midfield misfit Albert Rieira to Russia would provide Benitez with the cash needed to make his move.

Trotters boss Owen Coyle will be loath to lose his star man but the lure of Liverpool could prove hard to resist for a young player destined for the top.
