Christian Poulsen's agent has rejected rumours linking the player with a early exit from Liverpool.
The Danish international has struggled at Anfield since his summer switch from Juventus and has come under fire from a section of the club's fans.
Poulsen was withdrawn to ironic jeers against Napoli in the Europa League at Anfield last week while his late introduction for Dirk Kuyt during Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Wigan was booed by some Liverpool fans.
Reports have suggested Poulsen could be sold in the January transfer window with former club Sevilla thought to be monitoring his situation.
However, Poulsen's representative, Jorn Bonnesen, insists the player is going nowhere and is prepared to fight for his place at Liverpool.
"I do not comment on speculation," Bonnesen told Bold.dk about rumours linking Poulsen with Sevilla.
"Christian is happy to be in Liverpool.
"He is not one that sticks his tail between his legs and runs away.
"He is a type that will fight for his place and prove his worth."
