Rumour has it that Damien Plessis could be leaving Liverpool this week?

The transfer window closes for another six months at the end of the month (5pm on Monday, February 1) and the Italian could be one of those moving away from Anfield with skysports.com believing that an Italian club are interested.

This unknown Italian club are believed to have watched the 21-year-old in the reserves recently and this has impressed them enough to make a move for the midfielder, who is someway down the options list for Rafa this season.

The rumours give no details of who this Italian club could be or what the terms are of any possible move, a loan or a permanent transfer away from Merseyside for the French U21 international.
