Park Chu-Young's priority is Liverpool

Korean skipper Park Chu-Young has received offers from French pair Paris Saint-Germain and Lille but says his priority is to move to English giants Liverpool.

Goal.com France understands the 26-year-old striker, who wants to leave Monaco following their relegation from Ligue 1, is keen to head to Anfield although he's yet to receive a formal offer from the Reds.

Park, who scored 12 goals for Monaco during the 2010-11 campaign, may be willing to wait on Liverpool to make their move as the club's sporting director Damien Comolli is understood to be interested.

The Taeguek Warriors captain has received concrete offers from both Paris Saint-Germain and Lille, while there has been interest from Rennes also.

Park told reporters late last month he isn't interested in playing in Ligue 2 and was looking for a new challenge.

"I would like to have new challenge in a stronger team capable of competing in bigger Europe-wide tournaments like the Champions League," said Park, who last week rubbished rumours linking him to Tottenham.

Monaco have put a €6m price tag on Park, which won't bother PSG who are keen to develop their links with Asia under their new Qatari owners.

The Parisians have also recently been linked with Japanese duo Shinji Kagawa and Keisuke Honda.
