Liverpool could be ready to rekindle their interest in Xherdan Shaqiri during the January transfer window, after the player's agent hinted at a possible exit from Bayern Munich.
The midfielder, who played for Switzerland against England on Monday night, was strongly linked with a move to Anfield this summer and recently admitted bids were submitted by the Reds.
But having opted to remain at the Allianz Arena to fight for his place, Shaqiri's agent now admits he could reconsider his position in January if he's not had enough game time.
"Now he was not released, but there is a repeat in the winter, and we will look at how many games Xherdan will have played by then," Erdin Shaqiri told German publication KIcker.
However, should he Swiss international opt to leave the Bundesliga champions, Liverpool could face strong competition from Serie A giants Juventus.
