Liverpool and Tottenham are closely monitoring Ipswich Town striker Connor Wickham.

Liverpool and Tottenham scouts attended Ipswich's match against Hull City on Saturday to see highly-rated young forward Connor Wickham in action.

Reds manager Kenny Dalglish recently made a personal check on the 17-year-old, who is also drawing attention from Arsenal and Newcastle following his impressive season with Championship outfit Ipswich.
