Barcelona youngster Jeffren Suarez has stated that he will not make a decision on his future until after the European Under-21 Championships in Denmark.
The Spain starlet has reportedly caught the attention of Liverpool, while there have also been reports that he could be included as a makeweight in a deal for either Villarreal's Giuseppe Rossi or Udinese's Alexis Sanchez.
"To be honest, I do not like to see my name mentioned in the papers day after day. I do not read any papers at the moment, because all that matters right now is the national team. My future becomes an issue again when I return to Barcelona after the competition," Jeffren said to EFE.
The winger admitted that the task of establishing himself as a first-team regular at Camp Nou is a difficult one, adding: "It will be very hard to break into the first team at Barcelona. Only a few players manage to do that.
"We will have to think very hard about the next step, [but] I can only see myself playing in the Primera Division at the moment."
The 23-year-old attacker's current contract runs until the summer of 2012, meaning that he is free to discuss terms with other clubs from January under the Bosman ruling.
