Liverpool are closing in on a £10m deal for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Emre Can.
Reports in Germany suggest that a deal to take Can to Liverpool is 'as good as done'.
The 20-year-old is highly rated in the Bundesliga having impressed after breaking into the Leverkusen side this term.
Can came through the youth system at Bayern Munich but left forLeverkusen in search of first-team football.
And the youngster has been a revelation, scoring three goals in 29 appearances.
Those displays were enough for Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers to step up his pursuit of the Germany Under-21 international, and it appears a £10m deal is very much in the pipeline.
