STOKE CITY owner Peter Coates has insisted he won't block a move for top shot stopper Asmir Begovic should they receive the asking price for him.
The Bosnian, who has been valued at £15m, has caught the attention of Arsenal and most recently Liverpool such is his growing stature in the Premier League.
Although Coates expects Begovic to be at the Britannia Stadium next season, he also insisted that he would have to listen to what the Premier League's big boys have to say.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "We like him very much. He is a top, top goalkeeper. I think he is as good as anybody in the Premier League.
"But he is also ambitious. If top clubs come for your players, I do not think you can deny them the opportunity. That is my view.
"But it would depend very much on the money being right. We are not looking to sell him.
"We are not expecting to sell him. We expect him to be our goalkeeper next season."
