ARSENAL, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham could all be set for disappointment after the agent of AC Milan's Stephan El Shaarawy admitted his client would be open to a move to Turkey with Galatasaray in January.
El Shaarawy has fallen down the pecking order at the San Siro this season, and could be allowed to leave in the case of a "generous" offer.
And it seems that Galatasaray could be set to launch negotiations with Milan over just such an offer ahead of the January transfer window.
El Shaarawy's agent Roberto La Florio claims he has not yet been formally approached by the Istanbul club, but admits his client is flattered by the interest shown by Roberto Mancini.
Speaking to Radyospor, La Florio said: "Galatasaray are a big club, they play in the Champions League and are very ambitious.
"If Galatasaray are interested then obviously we would consider any offers made.
"It's an honour for a manager like Mancini to be interested in El Shaarawy.
"If our terms are met we would be open to talks.
"However, for the time being El Shaarway is keen to continue at AC Milan."
Galatasaray are making a deliberate attempt to get younger in their transfer dealings and are hoping to follow up their summer signing of 19-year-old Portugese winger Bruma by adding the 20-year-old Italian international in January.
