Liverpool are being linked with a move for Southampton defender Dejan Lovren but he claims he is happy where he is.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is set to strengthen his squad this summer and defence will be his main concern.
The 24-year-old Lovren has enjoyed an excellent first season with the Saints since joining from Lyon last summer but his performances haven't gone unnoticed and he became the latest player to be linked with a move away from St Mary's at the weekend.
Liverpool are reported to be interested in bringing both Lovren and Adam Lallana to Anfield in a deal worth £40million, the Reds having previously just made overtures to sign Lallana.
Lovren has now spoken out about the transfer rumours and claims to have not heard from Liverpool themselves, insisting he only knows their interest from what he has read in the press.
"I also heard something about that," he told Sportske Novosti when asked about Liverpool.
"I follow the media and I saw that Liverpool is allegedly interested in me. But that is all that I know so far.
"I feel great at Southampton and my contract is valid for the next three years.
"So the only thing I can say right now is that the club is the one who decides."
Lovren is unlikely to make any decision on his future until after the World Cup having been included in Croatia's squad for the tournament in Brazil.
