According to reports Manchester United face Spanish competition for Rayo Vallecano midfielder Michu.

Michu's form has attracted interest from United and their Premier League rivals Liverpool.

However, it is understood that La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid are chasing the midfielder.

AS claims Atletico director Jose Luis Perez Caminero has held talks with Michu's agents about a summer move to Madrid.
