Belgian wonderkid Eden Hazard has snubbed a move to the Premier League this summer, dealing Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal a blow in the process.
The Lille attacker, recently crowned the Ligue 1 player of the year, has spoken of his desire to play for one of Europe's top clubs.
It seemed only a matter of time until Hazard made the step to the Premier League or La Liga, but he has confirmed that he wants to remain in France.
Harry Redknapp has watched Hazard this season and has been impressed with him, while Liverpool and Arsenal are also monitoring him.
But talkSPORT has learned Hazard has chosen to remain at Lille, who can also offer him Champions League football next season as French champions.
A source at the club said: "Eden has chosen to stay. He has a contract until 2015 and now Champions League football. Everything points towards staying."
