Love them or loathe them, the vuvuzelas have been one of the major talking points of the World Cup so far - but how would Scousers feel about hearing them at Anfield next season?

The monotonous drone of the instruments has been a feature of the tournament, with opinions on the plastic horns firmly divided.

Some have embraced the concept, claiming they create a unique and novel atmosphere at matches, while others have been critical of the noise produced.

However, with manufacturers confident the World Cup will see the vuvuzelas go global in the coming months, would local football supporters welcome them on the Kop next season?
